Dominique Rochart, LMT
Medical Massage Therapist
Dominique Rochart is a Medical Massage Therapist whose commitment to healing and patient care led her to graduate from two different massage therapy schools. This has provided her a diverse set of skills and knowledge that sets her apart from other therapists.
She graduated from the Hands On Healing Institute in Tujunga California in 2011. This gave Dominique an extensive education in Massage Therapy specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue work. When Dominique later moved to CO in 2015, she wanted to expand her skill set, knowledge and specialize her work towards medical needs. With this in mind she graduated from The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in lower downtown Denver.
Dominique currently specializes in over 6 modalities that include but are not limited to, Pre-Natal Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Therapy, Zen Shiatsu, Zero Balancing, and Hydrotherapy.
Certified Medical Intuitive Therapist
During her time in school Dominique was very attracted to energetic practices and became a Certified Medical Intuitive Therapist in 2015. This training allows her to energetically scan the internal body for areas that need attention and helps guide the body back into a place of physical and energetic alignment.
With Dominique’s growing passion in Integrative Healthcare, and desire to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team, she joined Denver Back Pain Specialists team in 2017!
Approach to treating patients
As a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist Dominique Rochart works to create a treatment plan that targets the specific needs of each client. She begins with assessment and palpation, which leads to a treatment plan focused on the source of the client’s pain. With over six years of experience, and in-depth knowledge of pathology and anatomy, she is able to work with clients who present with ongoing pain and/or are in rehabilitation from prior surgeries and accidents.
Dominique’s goal is to help her clients achieve long-term success emotionally, mentally, and physically. Her humble and positive personality supports the needs and limitations of each patient. She hopes every patient who walks out of her treatment room is in less pain and stress, has increased mobility, and is in great spirits.
